Once we receive your photos and order details, your first PDF preview is prepared within 2–3 working days. We will share it with you for review — any change you request comes back within 1 working day. After you approve the final design and 100% payment is received, printing and dispatch take 2–3 working days. Once the order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 days. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as working days for design, printing, and dispatch.

Albums start at ₹2,299 for a 14-page Hardbound Classic in the 8.25" size. Layflat Premium and the larger 10.25" size cost more, and pages are added in steps of 2 — the current price for every combination is always shown live in the album builder and at trippal.in/pricing. Professional design is included. GST and delivery (calculated from your PIN code) are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Yes — absolutely. Our design team prepares a detailed PDF preview of every page within 2–3 working days of receiving your photos. 3 revision rounds are included before we send it to print — share all the changes you would like in a single submission. Additional rounds are ₹350 each. We only print your album once you approve the design.

TRIPPAL offers five travel book styles based on who is travelling: Couples Travel Book (romantic, story-first layouts), Solo Travel Book (clean, minimal design with maps and personal notes), Family Travel Book (warm layouts with multiple photos per page), Friends Trip Book (bold, vibrant layouts for group adventures), and Group Travel Book (dynamic multi-person storytelling layouts). You can browse sample pages for each style before ordering.

For a standard album, we recommend 30–80 photos. You can upload as many as you like and let our designers select the best ones, or you can specify which photos you want on which pages. We accept portrait, landscape, and square photos in JPEG or PNG format.

Yes — TRIPPAL delivers to all cities and towns across India, including metros like Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Kolkata, as well as smaller cities and Tier-2 towns. Shipping is handled via trusted courier partners with tracking. Once your approved album is dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 days.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and supported wallets. At checkout, a secure payment window opens to complete your payment. You pay a 30% advance on the album — plus the full delivery charge — to confirm your design slot. The remaining 70% of the album value is collected only after you approve your PDF preview. Posters and map frames are paid in full at checkout.

Yes — travel photo albums make exceptional gifts for anniversaries, birthdays, honeymoons, or any special occasion. You can enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout. We also offer premium hardcover and layflat options that look and feel like a luxury gift. If you want a special message included in the album, mention it in the trip description field.

3 revision rounds are included before print approval. If you are not satisfied with the PDF preview, request changes with specific feedback and our team will revise the layout — including all your changes in a single submission makes each round count. Additional revision rounds after the 3 included rounds are ₹350 each. We do not send anything to print without your explicit approval.

A revision round is one batch of changes you send us, however many pages it covers. The first PDF preview is not a revision — it is the design you asked for, so reviewing it costs you nothing. Send all the changes you would like in a single submission and that is round one. If you look at the revised preview and want more changes, that next set is round two. Asking us a question never uses up a round. 3 rounds are included with every album; from the fourth onward each round is ₹350, and we tell you before it starts. Each round comes back within 1 working day, and nothing is printed until you approve the design.

Yes — during the order process, you can add captions for individual photos (dates, locations, short memories) as well as a trip title, destination, and a personal description. Our designers incorporate all of this into the album layout to create a narrative that tells the full story of your trip.

The minimum album size is 14 pages. Pages increase in steps of 2 — so 14, 16, 18, 20, and so on. The extra cost per 2 pages depends on your chosen cover type (Hardbound Classic or Layflat Premium) and album size, and updates live in the builder. The page finish (matte or gloss) is chosen later, in Design Preferences, and does not change the price.
