What if it arrives damaged?
Report a delivery problem within 3 days of delivery. Transit damage or a missing item needs a continuous unboxing video recorded from the sealed parcel; a genuine print defect needs clear photos (a video is welcome). Our support team reviews every report and decides the remedy — nothing is reprinted or re-sent automatically on a report alone.
