What can a gift card be used for?
Use it on anything on TRIPPAL — photo albums, posters, map frames, City Maps and whatever we make next — in your cart or at checkout on trippal.in. It comes off the order total, shared across everything in the order.
How much can I put on a card?
Gift cards are available for any amount from ₹1,200, in whole rupees.
Is GST charged on a gift card?
No GST is charged when you buy a gift card. The card is applied to the GST-inclusive price of the order it is redeemed on, and GST is charged on that order as usual.
How long is it valid?
A gift card is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. After that it expires and any unused value is void.
Can it be used in parts?
A gift card can be used in part. Whatever is not used stays on the same code until the card expires.
How does it work with the 30% advance?
The card comes off the order total, shared across everything in the order in proportion to its price. Posters and map frames are paid in full at checkout, so their share lowers what you pay today; on an album it lowers both the 30% advance and the balance after approval. Delivery is always paid in full at checkout.
Can I get a printed card?
A printed card can be added for a ₹150 delivery charge. We print and ship it to any address in India.
Can a gift card be refunded or exchanged for cash?
Gift cards are non-refundable once issued, and cannot be cancelled after purchase. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change is given on them.
What if the code is lost?
Keep your code safe: anyone who has it can use the card. If you lose your code, contact team@trippal.in with your purchase details and we will help.
