Refund Policy

Summary

The 40% advance is non-refundable once design work begins. The 60% balance is never charged until you approve your preview. Full refund available if you cancel before we start designing.

1. Advance Payment (40%)

At the time of order, we collect a 40% non-refundable advance. This covers the cost of design work — our team begins creating your album layout within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • Before design starts: Full refund of the advance, no questions asked.
  • After design has started: The 40% advance is non-refundable, as design hours have already been invested.

To cancel before design begins, contact us within 4 hours of placing your order at tanush@trippal.in or WhatsApp.

2. Balance Payment (60%)

The remaining 60% is due only after you review and approve your PDF preview. You are never charged the balance without your explicit approval. If you choose not to proceed after reviewing the preview, the 60% is never charged — and the 40% advance is non-refundable.

3. Print Quality Issues

If your album arrives with a print defect, damage during shipping, or a quality issue caused by Trippal, we will:

  • Reprint and redeliver the album at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund — your choice.

To report a defect, email us at tanush@trippal.in within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos of the issue.

4. Delivery Issues

If your album is lost in transit (confirmed by the courier as lost), we will reprint and reship at no cost. If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier partner.

We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

5. Customer Approval Responsibility

Once you approve the PDF preview, you accept responsibility for the design as shown. Refunds are not provided for issues that were present and visible in the approved PDF (e.g., a caption you approved that has a typo).

We strongly recommend reviewing every page of your preview before approval.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay. Refund timelines may vary by bank.
