1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Trippal (operated by Trippal Technologies, New Delhi, India), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Trippal provides custom printed travel photo album services. We design, print, and deliver personalised photo books to addresses across India. Design work is carried out by our in-house team based on photos and instructions you provide.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST at 18%.

  • 40% advance is collected at the time of order placement. This advance is non-refundable once design work has commenced.
  • 60% balance is due after you approve your PDF preview and before printing begins.
  • We accept payment via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). Payment confirmation must be submitted by the customer.
  • Orders are not processed until advance payment is confirmed.

4. Design & Revisions

After receiving your photos, our team creates a custom layout and sends you a PDF preview within 2–4 business days. You may request revisions before approving. We send the album to print only after your explicit approval.

Revision turnaround is 24–48 hours per round. Excessive or conflicting revision requests may extend delivery timelines.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must have full rights to the photos you upload. Do not upload photos that infringe third-party copyrights.
  • Ensure delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of order. Trippal is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.
  • You are responsible for reviewing the PDF preview carefully before approval. We print exactly what you approve.

6. Intellectual Property

By uploading photos to Trippal, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use those photos solely for the purpose of designing and printing your album. We do not use your photos for any other purpose and do not share them with third parties.

All Trippal branding, website content, and design templates are owned by Trippal Technologies and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Trippal's maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or emotional distress.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
