TRIPPAL — Est. 2026

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, creating an account, or using any TRIPPAL service (operated byTRIPPAL LABS, New Delhi, India), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. What TRIPPAL Provides

TRIPPAL offers custom printed travel photo albums, memory books, gifts, and related personalised products. Our services include:

  • Online order creation with customer-uploaded photos, captions, and trip details.
  • Professional album design by our in-house team.
  • PDF preview and revision process before printing.
  • Physical printing and delivery to addresses across India.
  • Gifting orders where a third party can upload photos on behalf of the recipient.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must have full legal rights to all photos and content you upload. Do not upload content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or applicable law.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address and contact details at the time of order. TRIPPAL is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.
  • You are responsible for reviewing your PDF preview carefully before approval. We print exactly what you approve.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order, or have parental/guardian consent.

4. Communications

  • Messages about your order are part of the service. When you place an order you agree to receive order-related messages from TRIPPAL by email and on WhatsApp at the address and mobile number on the order — confirmations, design previews and approval requests, payment requests, dispatch notifications, and delivery updates — along with one-time passcodes when you sign in. These are not marketing and cannot be separated from the order, though you may ask us to use email only.
  • Marketing is separate, optional, and never a condition of purchase. WhatsApp marketing — including saved-cart reminders — is sent only where you have ticked a box asking for it. The box is never pre-ticked, and declining it has no effect on your order, your price, or your delivery.
  • You can stop marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in one of those messages or by emailing team@trippal.in. What we send, what data it carries, who processes it, and how the opt-out works are set out in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy, which governs in the event of any inconsistency with this section.

5. Uploaded Content

By uploading photos, videos, files, or other content (“Content”) to TRIPPAL, you:

  • Grant TRIPPAL a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, process, display, and print your Content solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your order.
  • Confirm you have the rights or permissions necessary to use the Content in this way.
  • Agree that TRIPPAL will not use your Content for any purpose beyond your order, including marketing, AI training, or sharing with unrelated third parties.

TRIPPAL reserves the right to reject or remove Content that violates these terms or applicable law.

6. Google Drive Upload Terms

TRIPPAL offers an optional Google Drive upload feature through the Google Drive Picker.

  • Optional: Google Drive upload is entirely optional. You may use device upload or ZIP upload instead at any time.
  • Authorisation: by using the Google Drive upload feature, you authorise TRIPPAL to access and import only the specific files you explicitly select through the Google Drive Picker. TRIPPAL does not access any files you did not select.
  • Rights confirmation: you confirm that you have the right and permission to use the selected files for your TRIPPAL order.
  • Limited purpose: selected Google Drive files are used only for order creation, preview, album design, customer support, and fulfilment. They are not used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
  • Service dependency: the Google Drive upload feature depends on Google's services and permissions. TRIPPAL does not guarantee the availability, continuity, or performance of this feature, as it relies on external Google infrastructure.
  • Data handling: your use of this feature is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to TRIPPAL's policies.

7. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
  • Prices are confirmed at the time of order placement and may include upgrades (extra pages, priority delivery, premium design) selected during checkout.
  • We accept payment through secure, RBI-regulated payment gateways (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).
  • Orders are not processed until advance payment is confirmed.

8. Advance Payment and Balance

  • Advance (30%): collected at order placement to begin design work. This advance is non-refundable once design work has commenced.
  • Balance (70%): due after you approve your PDF preview and before printing begins.
  • We send the album to print only after your explicit preview approval and balance payment confirmation.

9. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship across India via our courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control including courier delays and public holidays.
  • TRIPPAL is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of order; address corrections after dispatch may not be possible.

10. Revisions and Preview Approval

After receiving your photos and order details, our team prepares your layout and sends your first PDF preview within 2–3 working days. You may request revisions before approving; each round is returned within 1 working day. We print only after your explicit written approval. Printing and dispatch take 2–3 working days after 100% payment is received, and delivery usually takes 5–7 days from dispatch. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as working days for design, printing, and dispatch. Each period above is measured from the event that begins it; TRIPPAL does not commit to a combined order-to-delivery period, as the review time between stages is determined by you.

Excessive, conflicting, or post-approval revision requests may extend delivery timelines. Design changes requested after print approval may incur additional charges.

11. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation: every album is made to order and design work begins as soon as the order is placed, so orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Before anything is printed you will receive a PDF preview and may request changes — 3 revision rounds are included. A round is one submission of changes, however many pages it covers; the first preview is not a revision.
  • Advance payment: the 30% advance covers our design team's time and is non-refundable once design work has commenced.
  • After print approval: orders sent to print after your approval cannot be refunded, as production has begun.
  • Duplicate or erroneous payments: if you were charged twice or paid the wrong amount due to a technical error, contact us at team@trippal.in. We will investigate and process a refund where appropriate.
  • Defective products: if your album arrives damaged or defective, contact us within two working days of delivery with photographs of the damage for a replacement or refund.

For all cancellation and refund requests, email team@trippal.in.

12. Intellectual Property

All TRIPPAL branding, website content, design templates, and software are owned byTRIPPAL LABS and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

Your uploaded Content remains yours. You grant TRIPPAL a limited licence solely for order fulfilment as described in Section 4.

13. Prohibited Use

You may not use TRIPPAL services to:

  • Upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse our platform.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Engage in fraudulent payment or identity activities.

14. Service Availability

We strive to keep TRIPPAL available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

15. Limitation of Liability

TRIPPAL's maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or emotional distress. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier partners or events outside our control.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
