1. Information We Collect

When you place an order or use Trippal services, we collect:

• Personal details: name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.
• Photos: images you upload for your album design.
• Payment information: transaction IDs and payment references (we do not store card numbers; payment is handled by Razorpay).
• Usage data: pages visited, interactions on our website (collected anonymously via analytics tools).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfil your order (design, print, and deliver your album).
• To communicate with you about your order status, preview, and delivery.
• To send occasional marketing emails about new products or offers (you may unsubscribe at any time).
• To improve our website and services through anonymous analytics.

3. Photo Storage and Security

Your uploaded photos are stored securely on Supabase (cloud storage, ISO 27001 compliant infrastructure). We retain your photos for up to 90 days after your order is delivered, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

We never use your photos for marketing, AI training, or any purpose other than designing your album.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Courier partners (name and delivery address) to fulfil shipping.
• Razorpay (payment processor) to process transactions.
• Resend / email providers to send order confirmation and status emails.

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

5. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies for session management and anonymous analytics. We do not use invasive advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• Request deletion of your uploaded photos before the 90-day retention period ends.

7. Children's Privacy

Trippal services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email if you have placed an order with us.
