1. Where We Deliver

Trippal delivers to all cities, towns, and PIN codes across India — including metros, Tier 2 cities, and remote areas serviced by major couriers. We do not currently ship internationally.

2. Shipping Timeline

Total time from order to delivery: 7–10 business days in most cases.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery state:

  • Delhi NCR: ₹60
  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): ₹80–₹100
  • Other states: ₹100–₹150 depending on distance
  • Northeast India & island territories: ₹150–₹200

Shipping charges are displayed before payment and included in your order confirmation.

4. Courier Partners

We use trusted courier partners including Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post for remote areas. Your album is carefully packaged in a rigid mailer to prevent damage during transit.

5. Order Tracking

Once your album is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order at any time from your order dashboard.

6. Delivery Failures

If a delivery attempt fails (no one home, incorrect address), the courier will make up to 3 attempts. After 3 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate when placing your order.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your album arrives damaged, email us at tanush@trippal.in within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free reprint and reship.
